Dosa Express was founded by an immigrant woman entrepreneur whose journey began in a small Tamil village, surrounded by the warmth of a pure vegetarian home and the rich traditions of a Tamil family.
From an early age, she watched her mother and grandmother transform simple ingredients into unforgettable meals — each dish prepared with patience, love, and devotion. Those moments became the foundation of a dream: to share the true taste of South India with our community, while honoring the culture and values that shaped her life.
